CBIS Updates Proxy Voting Guidelines

CBIS has issued an updated version of its proxy voting guidelines.  CBIS' guidelines are designed to ensure that CBIS votes its proxies in accordance with Catholic social teachings and the consensus values of its participants.  In addition, CBIS' proxy voting promotes strong corporate governance at companies in our portfolios.
