Shareholder resolutions are a way to bring issues of concern before all of the companies’ owners. We frequently file shareholder resolutions on behalf of our participants, calling on companies to address important issues of corporate governance as well as social, ethical and environmental responsibility. Over the past five years, we have filed more than 50 such resolutions, because we believe faith-based investors have the responsibility to improve the governance and business practices of the companies we invest in.
