We follow comprehensive proxy voting guidelines to positively
influence the behavior of companies we invest in– whether on corporate
governance matters (e.g., director independence, excessive executive
compensation), social concerns (human rights, diversity, employee
health and safety), or environmental issues (climate change, energy
efficiency). Each year, we vote more than 700 domestic and 200
international proxies - consistently calling on companies to adopt
higher ethical, environmental and human rights standards.
We publish our proxy voting record on our website, so our
participants always know how we are voting their
shares. Click here to see our proxy voting database.
