As part of our environmentally responsible E-Delivery program, and in response to participant requests, CBIS participants can now access their statements, perform transactions, and manage their accounts through the CBIS Website.

What are the Statements Online Program Requirements?
Enrollment in Statements Online requires that you have a computer running the Microsoft Windows Operating System with Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. In order to view Portable Document Format (PDF-formatted) documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat viewer software. To download a free version of Adobe Acrobat, click here. 

Who is Eligible?

All active CBIS participants are eligible for online account access. 

How to Register
To view your account online, you must fill out this form and have authorization from a signatory on your organization's Certificate of Resolution.
