Welcome to the CBIS Shareholder Advocacy Directory. The Directory is a comprehensive database providing a dynamic and thorough view of our shareholder advocacy activities. We believe the addition of this unique directory to the CBIS website will increase transparency and make it easier for visitors to learn more about our SRI efforts and accomplishments.

The Directory will enable visitors to search and view the following:

• Up to date descriptions of CBIS activities with companies;
• The text of CBIS shareholder resolutions, and their results

To start, browse the list of companies. After selecting the appropriate company, click "View Details." In the right margin of the detail page, you will have the option of browsing related content.

Once you select a company, you will be able to view the most current company progress report, as well as access a detailed Issue Report, a copy of the Shareholder Resolution and the result of the filing.
